About Eleri
Eleri is a Welsh theatre and TV director with a passion for discovering untold stories, platforming unheard voices, and creating positive, collaborative environments where other creatives can flourish. She particularly enjoys stories that blur the lines between fiction and reality, and finding bold, imaginative ways to tell them.

Collaboration is at the heart of her work, and the collaboration with producers, designers, DPs and other creatives is integral to her creative process from the beginning. Having trained and worked for more than 10 year as an actor herself, Eleri speaks the same language as actors, and is able to help guide them towards nuanced and explosive performances as a result. Whether working on set or in a rehearsal room, equality, diversity and representation are central to her process of assembling teams and deciding which voices should shape the work.

Eleri is currently the Director & CEO of Theatre Brycheiniog. She is also set to direct 3 more episodes of Channel 4 continuing drama Hollyoaks in Summer 2024 after her success on the Directors UK, Lime Pictures and Stage Directors UK Scheme in 2023.
